Our team takes pride in processing your orders as soon as possible! Orders received before 2 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders received after 2 PM EST are processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed for shipment on Saturday, Sundays, company holidays, or national/bank holidays.
If we are able to upgrade your shipping method for the same price to a faster delivery option than what you chose at checkout, we will do so. If you absolutely must receive your order via the chosen method, please add a note at checkout to ensure we don’t consider an upgrade. We currently do not ship internationally. If a flat rate option is chosen and the actual shipping cost is materially different than what was paid for, we reserve the right to ship your order using the fastest option for what was paid.
Customers are responsible for evaluating their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for damaged products due to shipping must be made within 48 hrs. Hectare’s is not responsible for incorrect address information entered at time of checkout or for packages once they’ve left our facility. Hectare’s is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
