RETURNED GOODS POLICY
- For Hectares.com orders: Please email [email protected] with your name and order number if you qualify for a return based on details below.
- For Bourbon Country Cannabis orders: All sales are final except for manufacturer defects. Products must be returned to original store where purchased.

- Received by customer as damaged: Products received damaged may be returned for full credit when reported within one (1) week of receipt by the customer. Damaged product should remain in the original carton for inspection.
- Received by customer in error: Product shipped in error may be returned, if applicable, for a full credit, when returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date.
- Ordered by customer in error: Products ordered in error may be returned for credit when reported within one (1) week of receipt by the customer. Restocking fees may be assessed based upon the volume of the order error.
- Product that is not in the original packaging bearing the original manufacturer’s label.
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Product obtained other than through normal channels of distribution or purchased from a source other than Hectares.com or Bourbon Country Cannabis.
- Product involved in a fire sale, sacrifice sale, bankruptcy, flood, or earthquake.
- Product deteriorated or damaged due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer, such as improper storage, heat, cold, water, smoke, fire, negligence, etc.
- Non-original or repackaged product.
- Product sold with a specific understanding that it is non-returnable.
- Merchandise that is obtained in violation of state and federal regulations.
- Product that has been donated.
Any transportation/shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount. No credit will be issued for the administration, shipping, or handling of returns, including third-party processing fees, with the exception of product received by the customer as damaged and product received by the customer in error as referenced above under Returnable Items.
TERMS OF RETURN POLICY:

- Deductions from payables may not be taken until a credit memo is issued. Unauthorized deductions for returns may result in held orders.
- Returns are subject to the final count and acceptance by Hectare’s. Hectare’s reserves the right to accept or reject the product for credit.
- Hectare’s and Bourbon Country Cannabis reserve the right to destroy, without recourse, all returned packages.
- Returns should be channeled through the original source of purchase.
- Unauthorized returns may be destroyed and not reimbursed.
Hectare’s and Bourbon Country Cannabis reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy due to business necessity and changes in applicable laws and regulations.
