What is hemp compliant Delta 9 THC?

The term “Hemp Compliant” refers to the THC percentage in a hemp-derived product. Under the Farm Bill, hemp products can’t contain more than 0.3% Delta 9 THC on a dry weight basis. Also, the THC needs to be sourced from the hemp plant and not from the marijuana plant. Each product is made from premium hemp that contained less than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC by dry weight. In addition, each product has less than 0.3% of THC.

Will hemp-derived Delta 9 THC get me high?

All of our Delta 9 THC is psychoactive, which means it has the ability to get you high. Therefore, we don’t recommend you operate heavy machinery as Delta 9 THC might impair your judgment. In addition, we strongly recommend not to consume Delta 9 THC while pregnant or breastfeeding. The onset effects of Delta 9 THC might be delayed for up to 2 hours after consuming an edible.

How potent is hemp-derived Delta 9 THC?

Although this product is made using hemp, it is still very potent. In fact, we suggest only taking 1 at a time in order to make sure you don’t have any negative side effects. What’s the difference between Delta 8 THC & Delta 9 THC?

Both Delta 8 and Delta 9 products are hemp compliant THC products and they will give you the same euphoric feeling as typical cannabis.
