Subscriptions Policy
Subscriptions renew automatically based on the billing plan you choose (monthly, every other week) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting us at info@hectares.com, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, but you can change or update your plan at any time. We may update this policy occasionally, and any changes will be posted on our website.
Please visit the Customer Subscription Portal to create an account to manage your subscription. To create your free account, visit the link, and choose the "Signup" link at the bottom. You will need to use the same email address that you used when you placed the subscription order. Once your account is created, you can edit your subscription settings as needed.
