Shipping Policy
Our team takes pride in processing your orders as soon as possible! Orders received before 2 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders received after 2 PM EST are processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed for shipment on Saturday, Sundays, company holidays, or national/bank holidays.
If we are able to upgrade your shipping method for the same price to a faster delivery option than what you chose at checkout, we will do so. If you absolutely must receive your order via the chosen method, please add a note at checkout to ensure we don’t consider an upgrade. We currently do not ship internationally. If a flat rate option is chosen and the actual shipping cost is materially different than what was paid for, we reserve the right to ship your order using the fastest option for what was paid.
Customers are responsible for evaluating their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for damaged products due to shipping must be made within 48 hrs. Hectare’s is not responsible for incorrect address information entered at time of checkout or for packages once they’re in possession with a shipping carrier. RETURNED GOODS POLICY

RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- 1) Received by customer as damaged: Products received damaged may be returned for full credit when reported within one (1) week of receipt by the customer. Damaged product should remain in the original carton for inspection.
- 2) Received by customer in error: Product shipped in error may be returned, if applicable, for a full credit, when returned within thirty (30) days of purchase date.
- 3) Ordered by customer in error: Products ordered in error may be returned for credit when reported within one (1) week of receipt by the customer.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
- •Product that is not in the original packaging bearing the original manufacturer’s label.
- •Products that have been opened or used.
- •Product obtained other than through normal channels of distribution or purchased from a source other than Hectares.com.
- •Product involved in a fire sale, sacrifice sale, bankruptcy, flood, or earthquake.
- •Product deteriorated or damaged due to conditions beyond the control of the manufacturer, such as improper storage, heat, cold, water, smoke, fire, negligence, etc.
- •Non-original or repackaged product.
- •Product sold with a specific understanding that it is non-returnable.
- •Merchandise that is obtained in violation of state and federal regulations.
- •Product that has been donated.
TRANSPORTATION CHARGES:
Any transportation/shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount. No credit will be issued for the administration, shipping, or handling of returns, including third-party processing fees, with the exception of product received by the customer as damaged and product received by the customer in error as referenced above under Returnable Items.
EXCEPTIONS:
Hectare’s reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy due to business necessity and changes in applicable laws and regulations.
