The Farm Bill of 2018 allows for any cannabinoids extracted from legally-grown hemp plants –with a chain of custody that shows the plant was grown with a THC level below 0.3% – to be reintroduced into an edible or beverage and sold legally.

A: Yes, because it is THC it will have the same effect as taking a cannabis-derived THC edible that you could get in a state where marijuana is legalized.

Q:How much Delta 9 should I take?

A: If you have no prior cannabis experience, it is best to start with 5 mg or less (1/2 an edible).

Q: How potent is hemp-derived Delta 9 THC?

A: Although this product is made using hemp, it is still very potent. In fact, we suggest only taking 1 at a time in order to make sure you don’t have any negative side effects. However, if you are sensitive to THC or if it’s your first time trying THC, we recommend only taking half to start off with.

Q: What’s the difference between Delta 8 THC & Delta 9 THC?

A: Both Delta 8 and Delta 9 products are hemp compliant THC products and they will give you the same euphoric feeling as typical cannabis.

Delta 8 products are typically a little less potent than Delta 9 products. Be sure to know the “mg” of THC in the products you’re consuming to ensure proper usage.
